At The Heights, we strive to deliver quality education and student satisfaction. However, if for any reason you need to request a refund, please review the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Refund,
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the course commencement date.
Only students who have not accessed more than 20% of the course material are eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Registration/admission fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window.
Refunds are not applicable for students who have been removed due to misconduct.
3. Processing Time Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval.
